Mature Cell Culture System Complete Multi-cell Grading

From serum raw materials to finished products, each batch is subjected to a variety of targeted cell validations to ensure the cell culture efficacy of each batch of serum products.

Fetal bovine serum product cell grading is carried out using one lymphoblastoid cell, three epithelial cell-like cells, and one fibroblast cell-like cell. The lymphoblastoid cell is used to determine the cell doubling time and peak value through the growth curve. The cell cloning rate is determined by inoculating single cells;

Three epithelial cell-like cells and one fibroblast cell-like cell are subjected to three or more continuous passages to obtain the cell proliferation concentration and compare it with the proliferation concentration of cells cultured with standard serum to obtain the relative growth efficiency; the serum is graded according to the culture effects of these five cells.

Gezhe Bio utilizes China's developed logistics system. Serum raw materials are transported from the collection point to the company, and finished serum is transported from the company to the customer, with complete cold chain delivery throughout the process, and temperature monitoring throughout the transportation process.
