3000L mixing tank, single batch production capacity up to 6000 bottles (500mL/bottle), to ensure batch stability. Fully automatic aseptic filling machine, class A pouring and filling under class C background in workshop, 3-stage 0.1um filtration.
Perfect quality system
Strictly in accordance with the GMP Good Manufacturing Practice (Chinese Pharmacopoeia, 2020 edition) and with reference to the United States Pharmacopoeia USP42-NF37 and the European Pharmacopoeia EP (10th edition), we have built up a strict quality control standard, and carried out a full range of finished product testing.
Full cold chain transportation
Taking full advantage of the developed logistics system in China, the serum raw materials are transported directly from the collection station to the factory in the whole cold chain, without intermediate melting and turnover.
